Universal safety glasses with three interchangeable lenses and carrying case. ESS protective eyewear offers exceptional eye protection for every soldier, police officer, emergency responder, rescuer or athlete thanks to its unique ballistic eyewear features. The goggles have a modern design and are sufficiently protected against damage such as scratches to the frames or lenses. ESS ICE offers excellent quality for any activity where high quality eye protection is required for use in a variety of lighting conditions.
Compared to the ICE, the ICE NAROs are approximately 2cm narrower.

ICE 2,4 have 3 types of protective glasses as standard (clear, yellow, dark grey). ESS goggles only absorb sunlight and for this reason there is good visibility with dark lenses in the shade. Glasses: An assembly of three extremely durable 2.4mm thick polycarbonate glasses (clear, dark and yellow) designed for use in a variety of light conditions. Thanks to ToughZone, the glasses are coated with a scratch-resistant coating.
The distance between the sides of the glasses is approximately 12cm.
The ICE glasses have ballistic resistance that meets NATO military requirements. Ballistic resistance tested at 0.15 calibre according to MIL-PRF-31013 standard The glasses can withstand a direct shotgun hit from a distance of 10m.

Thanks to ESS Modular Technology, replacement glasses are not costly and are easily replaceable. All glasses used provide 100% protection against UVA/UVB radiation and ensure 100% transparency without distortion of the field of view. The frameless ICE 2.4 design provides an unobstructed field of view Adjustable, contourable feet ensure comfort for any user. The glasses can be accompanied by a so-called Rx Insert, which is an insert with dioptric lenses that can be installed in a standard optical store network. The ESS P-2 Rx Carrier or ESS ViceRx Carrier dioptric inserts are also compatible with the ESS Profile NVG ESS Vice Rx Carrier type of glasses.
