The SSR249 is a high-performance airsoft AEG machine gun designed for ultimate reliability and battlefield efficiency. It delivers continuous suppressive fire, ensuring superiority in capturing objectives or advancing units. With a revised magazine capacity of 2000 BBs and a firing rate of 20 BB/s (using an 11.1V Li-Pol battery), this beast can turn the tide in dire situations. The magazine is powered by a 9V battery (not included) and features sound control, where microphones in the magazine automatically detect firing sounds to wind BBs.

External Features
The first thing to catch your eye is its massive steel body and durable CNC RIS handguard with an integrated M-LOK top cover mimicking a heat shield. Those familiar with the A&K MK46 will appreciate the redesigned mounting system using screws, allowing easy access to the battery by loosening only two screws. No more loose handguards or worn-down mounts.
The handguard offers ample space for a Crane-style battery, securely fixed using the included VELCRO strap. Ideal dimensions for the battery are 3x (130x20x10 mm), though other sizes can fit as well. The gun features a 14- mm CCW thread muzzle that can be replaced with a suppressor or a Tracer Unit, turning CQB skirmishes into "Star Wars" battles. This is the Way.
The top cover includes a RIS rail for mounting optics or red-dot sights. A PARA collapsible stock makes it convenient for CQB scenarios or vehicle operations. The sturdy steel sling mounts ensure durability during intense operations. The machine gun's weight of 5.8 kg (empty) requires physical fitness, and when fully equipped with a loaded magazine, grip, bipod, Elcan scope, and some additional attachments like a PEQ box, it can weigh up to 7 kg.

Internal Features
The SSR249 operates exclusively in Full-auto mode, excelling in sustained fire. It is powered by a 24k motor with neodymium magnets and an upgraded microswitch capable of handling higher currents. It supports 11.1V Li-Pol batteries with a T-DEAN connector. The durable M249 gearbox houses CNC gears (16:1 ratio), a reinforced piston with metal teeth, a CNC stainless steel cylinder, a POM cylinder head with soft impact, and 8mm bearings for smooth operation. A CNC QSC spring guide allows for rapid spring changes.
Though machine guns are not precision weapons, the CNC hop-up chamber with a TDC system and wide nub evenly presses the Maple Leaf Super Macaron 60° hop-up bucking, enhancing range and accuracy. The 6.03 mm inner barrel (350 mm length) rounds out the package, making this a top-tier choice for any airsoft enthusiast.
