EPeS Liquid Threadlocker, 1 ml - Medium Strength

EPeS Liquid Threadlocker is designed for securing and sealing threaded and cylindrical joints such as bearings, screws, piston heads, motor clamps, HPA system transitions, and other joints with a gap width up to 0.13 mm.
This threadlocker prevents, for example, loosening of motor clamps or piston head in the cylinder, which could cause fatal damage inside the gearbox, such as cylinder wear, piston breakage, or gear teeth breaking.
The package contains 1 ml of threadlocker of the selected strength.

Suitable for the following maintenance tasks:

• Fixing piston head screws (L/M)
• Fixing cylinder head screws (M/H)
• Sealing threaded HPA connections (M/H)
• Fixing bearings against slipping in the gearbox (H)
• Fixing motor clamps (L/M)
• Fixing interrupter and switch contacts screws (L)

Available in 3 strengths:

1. Low
2. Medium
3. High

Instructions for use:

1. Clean and dry the surface, thoroughly remove all traces of oil and grease.
2. Apply an adequate amount of threadlocker to fill the gaps, only a small amount is needed on the thread.
3. After assembling the parts, wait for at least 10-15 minutes for curing.
4. To loosen the thread again, it is necessary to thoroughly heat the joint, for example with a hot air gun.

Warning:

• Avoid contact with the skin.
• In case of contact with eyes, immediately rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice.
