The Fenix GL06 LED pistol flashlight is designed specifically for use on short guns equipped with the MIL-STD-1913 and Glock Picatinny rail. It offers a maximum light output of 600 ANSI lumens with a range of up to 140 meters. The flashlight is powered by a single Fenix ARB-L16-700UP Li-ion battery with integrated micro USB connector (battery and cable included). A disposable CR123A lithium battery can also be used if needed. The simplified flashlight control is ambidextrous (for right- and left-handed users). Mounting on the weapon rail is easy and requires no tools - the flashlight slides onto the weapon rail and secures with a lever. It can be mounted on Picatinny MIL-STD-1913 and GLOCK standard weapon rails (does not fit slimline weapons, e.g. Glock 30 model). It fits on service weapons of the Police of the Czech Republic (CZ 75D). The flashlight is thus suitable for professionals, sport and hobby shooters and airsoft.

All flashlight parameters (luminous fluence, battery life, waterproofness, range and shock resistance) are measured in accordance with ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Fenix GL06 pistol flashlight parameters:

  • A premium CREE XPL HI LED with a 50,000 hour lifetime is used.

  • Protection against reverse battery insertion and protection against too deep battery discharge.
  • Uses one Fenix ARB-L16-700UP Li-ion battery (included) for power, alternatively other Li-ion RCR123A / 16340 batteries.
  • Alternatively, one disposable CR123A lithium battery can be used, but the flashlight has a reduced output to 400 lumens with it.

Fenix GL06 flashlight controls:

There may be an insulating cap on the battery pack inside the flashlight from the factory. Remove it from the battery pack before first use.

One click on any of the switches will turn the light on/off.

Press and hold any switch to momentarily turn on. The flashlight will stay on while held and turn off again when the switch is released.

Press both switches simultaneously to activate the strobe. The strobe can also be activated by pressing and holding one of the switches and clicking the other switch. Press one switch again to exit the instant strobe mode or press both switches simultaneously to return to the last output used.

Intelligent overheat protection. When the light reaches a temperature of 55°C or higher, it will automatically reduce the output by a few lumens to lower the temperature. When the temperature drops below 55 °C, it then returns to standard output.

Warning:
  • Do not disassemble the sealed parts in the flashlight head yourself, this will violate the warranty and may cause damage.
  • Fenix recommends using only high quality batteries.
  • If you will not be using the light for an extended period of time, remove the battery.
  • If the glass of the flashlight is dirty with combustion after shooting, try cleaning it with fine steel wool, or try using gun cleaning paste.
  • Prolonged use may result in wear of the O-ring. To maintain a proper water seal, replace the O-ring with a spare.
  • Since gun maintenance requires the use of organic solvents, avoid contaminating key components of the flashlight. It could damage the flashlight and void the warranty.
  • Regular cleaning of the electrical contacts ensures trouble-free operation of the flashlight, as dirty contacts can cause the flashlight to flicker, glow intermittently, or even not light for the following reasons:
  • The battery is dead - replace or recharge it.
  • The contacts inside the flashlight are dirty - clean them with a cotton ball dipped in alcohol.
Warranty:

Five years warranty on the flashlight. Two years on the battery.
