We are looking for a team member - BACK OFFICE ASSISTANT for Anareus!

Hello,

we're looking for someone who is eager to be an indispensable part of the day-to-day running of our office. If you have organizational talent, insight, and feel comfortable in an administrative role, read on!

What will be your mission?

  • Manage customer orders - from receipt to review and administration.
  • Preparing orders towards suppliers - you will ensure everything is accurately entered and delivered on time.
  • Completing other tasks from the CEO and office team - momentum guaranteed, no boredom.
  • Communication in English - both verbal and written, another language (e.g. Polish) is a big advantage.


What do we expect from you?

  • Knowledge of English at a communicative level - you will need it on a daily basis, whether in emails or calls.
  • Diligence, reliability and ability to work with details - your work matters.
  • A willingness to learn new things and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Organisational skills and independence - sometimes you'll need to make decisions quickly.
  • An additional language (e.g. Polish) is an advantage but not a requirement.
